Audit Engagement
Evaluate AI vendors before you contract or deploy. Available separately or as part of the Comprehensive Audit.
Overview
A structured due-diligence engagement that helps healthcare organizations evaluate AI vendors before contracting or deployment. We review vendor documentation, performance evidence, security posture, and contractual commitments to help you make informed procurement decisions. This is one of five core components bundled into the Comprehensive Healthcare AI Audit (plus agent testing for systems with agentic functionality) — purchase it separately for a focused vendor review, or choose the full Comprehensive Audit to earn the AI Health Audit Verified distinction. Are you an AI vendor? We also consult with healthcare AI vendors on readiness, governance, and preparing for audits and buyer due diligence. Vendor consulting is kept separate from buyer-side reviews: we don’t evaluate a product for a buyer while consulting for that product’s vendor.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. We are vendor-neutral. We do not accept referral fees or commissions from AI vendors, and we never accept compensation from a vendor whose product we are evaluating for you. Our role is to evaluate vendors independently on your behalf.
Yes. Many engagements focus on existing vendor relationships, particularly when contracts are up for renewal, when incidents have occurred, or when scope has materially changed.
We sign mutual NDAs with vendors when needed to access confidential documentation. Our independence is preserved through clear scope and our refusal to accept any compensation from the vendor under review.
